Hope you are all prepared and ready to plant on 22 September. The Spring Equinox is a time for new growth and new beginnings, and what better way to spread health and well being than by planting organic produce. At Sandford Park Country Hotel, I will be planting butternuts, white pumpkins, pepperdews and green and red banana peppers for now, with more to come as I gather more seeds during the planting season.
